6

Credit Reporting Information

Where users of the Platform obtain credit reports on applicants, this involves the collection and use of credit eligibility information regulated by the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2014.

Credit reports are obtained only where the applicant has provided their written consent through the Platform's consent workflow. Credit information is used solely for the purpose of assessing the applicant's creditworthiness for the relevant trade credit application.

Applicants have the right to request access to their credit information and to dispute any inaccuracies directly with the relevant credit reporting body.
