Trusio is a workflow technology platform operated by Future One Group Pty Ltd (ABN 34 651 732 857) ("Trusio", "we", "us", "our"). The platform facilitates credit risk documentation, personal guarantee execution, and trade credit onboarding between Australian suppliers and their customers.
Trusio provides tools for document generation, identity verification workflow, third-party data aggregation, and electronic signature coordination. Trusio acts solely as a technology layer between the parties to a transaction.

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Trusio platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Future One Group Pty Ltd.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Trusio provides document automation and workflow tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created between Trusio and any user.
Users must not rely on any content, document, template, or output generated through the platform as a substitute for advice from a qualified legal practitioner. We strongly recommend obtaining independent legal advice before executing any document, especially Personal Guarantee deeds and trade credit agreements.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Platform, including any credit decisions, communications, or actions taken in relation to applicants. Trusio provides workflow tools only and does not make, endorse, or review any decision made by a user.

Trusio does not guarantee any specific outcome, including the prevention of bad debts, defaults, or financial loss. The Platform is intended to assist workflow and documentation only.
Any information, risk score, or recommendation generated through the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or assurance of any kind. Credit risk is inherent in all trade credit arrangements and Trusio accepts no liability for any loss arising from a user's reliance on Platform outputs.
Third-party data (including CreditorWatch credit reports) is sourced from external providers. Trusio does not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any third-party data displayed on the Platform.
Access to certain features of the Platform requires payment of fees as set out on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law. Credit report purchases and usage-based services are final and cannot be reversed once accessed.
Where a refund is required by the Australian Consumer Law, Trusio will comply with its obligations under that legislation. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable upon cancellation, except for any unused portion of a billing period where required by law.
Trusio reserves the right to change its fees at any time upon reasonable notice to users.
Documents provided through the Platform are standard form templates only. They have not been prepared to address any user's specific circumstances and may not be suitable for all transactions.
Trusio does not guarantee the enforceability of any document in any particular transaction. For transactions involving credit limits exceeding AUD $50,000, Trusio strongly recommends that users seek independent legal advice before proceeding.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Trusio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Platform.
All content, technology, software, and materials available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Future One Group Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your internal business purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusio's total liability to any user in connection with the use of this Platform is limited to the amount paid by that user for the relevant transaction in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Trusio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use of the Platform or any document generated through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days.
Trusio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
